The Butterfly Effect will play a Sydney headline show at Liberty Hall on Wednesday, October 21, billed as Portal To Hell and staged as a pre-party for the Hellbound 2026 cruise with Sydney alt-prog outfit Reliqa confirmed to open the evening.

This will be the band's last mainland show before Hellbound sets sail. The three-night floating festival departs Sydney on Thursday 22 October and returns on Sunday 25 October, with a custom-built main stage on the pool deck of the Carnival Splendor. Both The Butterfly Effect and Reliqa appear on that lineup, alongside Parkway Drive, Polaris, Northlane, Make Them Suffer and In Hearts Wake, among others.
