Forming in 2011 when vocalist Chrissy Costanza, guitarist Dan Gow and drummer Will Ferri were teenagers, AGAINST THE CURRENT has evolved from a teenage project into a global phenomenon. Releasing their debut EP Infinity in 2014, ATC unveiled their debut full-length album, In Our Bones, in 2016. Following on with their sophomore outing, 2018's Past Lives, AGAINST THE CURRENT went on to embrace independence and a bold new chapter after the breakout success of their 2021 EP Fever. Shifting their style into one dazzling with unapologetic energy and authenticity with their 2024 singles silent stranger, blindfolded and good guy (notching up over 40 million streams worldwide for these singles alone), AGAINST THE CURRENT have also most recently offered a peek into their upcoming album this year with their explosive new tracks Heavenly and Dead Man Walking.

Celebrating their 15th anniversary as a band in 2026, AGAINST THE CURRENT have also made a lasting impact in the gaming world, most notably through their collaboration with Riot Games on the rousing track Legends Never Die, which has surpassed one billion streams globally. Whether sharing stages with the likes of Fall Out Boy, Good Charlotte and All Time Low, or electrifying audiences on sold-out headline tours and festival stages, AGAINST THE CURRENT have built and expanded a fiercely loyal international fanbase; and it's one that only continues to grow exponentially each year. Most recently wowing Aussie crowds in 2023 as part of their Nightmares & Daydreams world tour, Backseat Mafia praised of the trio's Sydney leg "when Against The Current took the stage, the energy in the room was undeniable...each song was delivered with passion and precision, and the crowd responded in kind, singing along with every word".
